Twickenham Stadium in London will serve as the venue as the New York Giants and Los Angeles Rams meet up in an NFL game on Sunday morning.

The Los Angeles Rams are perhaps doing better than some people expected they would, and they remain in the picture for a wild card spot at the very least, which means #1 draft pick Jared Goff will stay on the bench for the time being. So Case Keenum, off a big game, will travel with his team to the UK for a date with the New York Giants, slated to begin at 9:30 AM ET at Twickenham Stadium in London. The Rams, at 3-3, played well in Detroit last weekend, but could ultimately not take advantage of late Lions mistakes and fell by a 31-28 score. There were interesting things to take out of that game; namely, that Case Keenum can play this game a little, if the opposing secondary is permissive enough. Keenum completed 27 of his 32 passes against a defensive backfield of Detroit's that is challenged, to say the least. This week he faces a Giants team that has a lot of injury problems.

New York is in a good mood, after coming from behind to beat the Baltimore Ravens last week. It was dramatic, to be sure, as Eli Manning hit Odell Beckham for a catch-and-run in the final minutes on a fourth down play. That play gave Beckham 222 yards on the day, and at the end, he celebrated in such a manner that he gave the Ravens 15 extra yards on the ensuing kickoff.

In the NFL betting lines that have been posted on this game by the folks at BetAnySports, the Giants are the favorites:

New York Giants -3 (-105)
Los Angeles Rams +3 (-115)

Over 44 points -110
Under 44 points -110

This is a game where neither of these teams has really established itself on the ground. The Giants have not been healthy in the offensive backfield; Shane Vereen, who was their most threatening back, is out for the year, and Rashad Jennings had missed a few games, but came back last week. But the game plans of Ben McAdoo are probably not going to allow for a lot of "ground-and-pound" as they had 38 total rushing yards.

Beckham has no doubt been an interesting subject for the British press, especially as he has become almost as well-known for his behavioral antics as the amazing stuff he can do on the field.

How much business can Keenum do against the Giants? That is a question for BetAnySports patrons to ask themselves. New York is in a position, because of injuries, where rookie Andrew Adams is really their only healthy free safety. Eli Apple is hoping to play, but his groin injury prevented him from doing that last week. It would be a little easier for Keenum if he got more support form a running game, but Todd Gurley, a guy who should be able to go out there and take over games, is averaging just 2.9 yards a carry.

The Giants are also dealing with a story about their placekicker, Josh Brown, and his admitted instances of domestic violence that may have been ignored by the club. He has been left behind for this game, with Robbie Gould, former Pro Bowl kicker for the Chicago Bears, taking over those duties. The Rams may be tired, since they have had to travel 5440 miles for this game.
