Association has certified offshore sportsbooks as either Elite or Premier.
In addition, you can check the complete sportsbook list and our
Blacklist.
Elite and Premier Sportsbooks are all reputable, solid establishments.
Each listing in the Elite Category has met all of the following criteria: |
1.) All Sportsbooks are licensed in country of
operation.
2.) Offshore establishments have been in business and licensed for more
than 1 year unless otherwise noted.
3.) Sportsbook facilities must be visited by a representative of the OSGA.

4.) All websites must have rules & regulations clearly posted.
5.) All websites must have support phone numbers and emails clearly
posted.
6.) All promotions in published advertising must be truthful.
7.) All payouts are to be made as promoted. (i.e. 48 hour payouts)
8.) All establishments must have a remedy in case of a dispute.
9.) All parties must recognize the OSGA as a third party mediator in case
of dispute.*
10.) All parties are aware that verifiable violations of the above are
grounds for removal from the Off Shore Gaming Association Certified Sportsbooks
Lists. *
