The Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers do battle in Super Bowl 54, and President Donald Trump will impact the festivities for prop bettors.

You knew this was coming, didn't you? So here's the deal - with this impeachment business all but behind him, what are we going to see from President Donald Trump as regards Super Bowl LIV (54)? Will he show up at the game? And if he does, will he do the whole "sing along" thing as Demi Lovato delivers the National Anthem?

There's a lot of suspense to be had. And you have the opportunity to wager on it if you are a BetAnySports customer. They got a load of props, along with reduced juice for better odds, and Sports Betting Ultra for real-time wagering during the contest itself. The Kansas City Chiefs are a 1.5-point favorite over the San Francisco 49ers in the game, with a total of 54 points.

So what about "The Donald"?

When asked about the game, Trump didn't seem to know which two teams were playing in it. Well, showing up at the game would be a good way to find out, wouldn't it?

As of this writing, no word had come from the White House as to whether the President was going to attend. His Super Bowl ad will show up on FOX, for certain, as will that of possible fall opponent Michael Bloomberg, who's got about 20 times more money to work with.

When you examine the situation, you will find that no sitting United States president has ever attended the Super Bowl. That was interesting to me. What we have also found out is that Trump is a guy who will do the unexpected. He could care less about precedent.

And it's not like he won't be in the neighborhood. He arrived in South Florida on Friday night and headed to Mar-a-Lago. He may show, unless he's got his own "watch party" scheduled. But I wouldn't mind grabbing that +310 price.

* Must happen before 00:00:01 on 02/04/2020 from @POTUS or @RealDonaldTrump, any tweet concerning a team winning the Super Bowl will count towards grading

If there's one thing Trump lives for, it's tweeting. I think there is a likelihood that we'll get some kind of message from the President, who would probably not want the winners at the White House, especially if it's the 49ers, the team Colin Kaepernick took a knee with.

Of course, if Trump does not show up for the game this whole thing is moot. If he DOES show up, there are a few things that must be acknowledged.

One is that the President, on more than one occasion, has somehow forgotten the words to the Anthem. On other occasions he has. Maybe it depends what is on his mind that day.

He has also been on video making kind of a half-hearted effort at singing, and then stopping out of frustration, or whatever other reason. And then he has also been said to lip-sync the words, which wouldn't meet the threshold that has been established here.

He's got to stand on the field too. There's no guarantee of that.

Whichever way you look at it, Trump is going to have a very hard time meeting the standard that is required to collect at the +420 price. So we're going the other way.
