Tom Brady brings the Tampa Bay Bucs to Las Vegas for a date with the Raiders. That's just part of the 4 PM ET NFL schedule.

Time to take a look at three of the games in the 4 PM ET hour on this Sunday's NFL schedule:

TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS at LAS VEGAS RAIDERS, 4:05 PM ET
BetOnline Football Odds: Bucs -4 (-115), Chiefs +4 (-105)
Total: 51 (Over -105, Under -115)

One of these days we're going to call them the "Oakland" Raiders, and who knows - maybe they even call themselves that at times. Our point is that the Silver and Black aren't quite settled in; they don't know their new ballpark (Allegiant Stadium) much more than their opponents do. And there aren't any fans in attendance to provide that critical element of the "home field advantage." So maybe that shouldn't factor in at all.

Bucs Raiders freepickWhat SHOULD factor in is the possible shuffling in the Raiders' offensive line. Tackle Trent Brown is certainly out with a positive COVID-19 diagnosis. The other O-linemen, we believe, have been cleared to play, and that includes Pro Bowl tackle Kolton Miller, but there have been distractions nonetheless. In fact, no one was quite sure if they were going to play this game, which is what knocked it off the Sunday night schedule.

We have seen that Derek Carr has just one interception on the season. But Tom Brady has also settled down and thrown only one pick in the last four games. Rob Gronkowski is more in a groove. And Ronald Jones has been a pleasant surprise in the backfield (472 yards). But the edge with the Bucs involves their defense, which should shut down the Raiders' ground attack (allowing just 3 ypc) and surrenders fewer yards per drive than any team in the NFL. The crackdown effort against Aaron Rodgers and the Packers last week (201 yards) is evidence they're for real. TAMPA BAY

SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS at NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS, 4;25 PM ET
NFL Betting Odds: Patriots -2.5 (-130), Niners +2.5 (+110)
Total: 45 points

So here we have a story line. Jimmy Garoppolo returns to New England, from whence he came. Who does that help?

New England Patriots betting tipsWell, Bill Belichick isn't about to let Jimmy G beat him, is he? This task becomes harder with Cam Newton behind center rather than Tom Brady, we admit, but Belichick knows the G-man, who by the way, has yet to complete a pass of more than 20 yards down the field. Watch New England put the clamps on George Kittle, at least to a certain extent.

The Niners did well to bounce back from the humiliating loss to Miami by beating the heated Rams. But here comes another East Coast trip, with all the injuries they have, and you can add both starting safeties, as well as running back Raheem Mostert, who is by far their best option. The Pats were very rusty last week after not being able to practice very much, and Newton was coming off a quarantine. But they still held Denver without a touchdown.

Belichick is a 71% ATS proposition coming off a loss, and he will deliver here. NEW ENGLAND

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS at DENVER BRONCOS, 4:25 PM ET
BetOnline NFL Odds: Chiefs -7
Total: 44 points (Over -107, Under -113)

Bad weather is in the forecast in Denver. Does that naturally give the Broncos an advantage? Well, while they have a capable ground game, the edge in that department might still go to the defending champs, who can now add Le'Veon Bell to a backfield that also includes rookie Clyde Edwards-Helaire. And rest assured Andy Reid will figure out a better way to use Bell than Adam Gase did.

Chiefs free pick BroncosThere's a streak here, as KC has won nine straight in the series. Denver gained a total of 540 yards in two games against the Chiefs last season. And are we acknowledging that there is more upside to their offense now? We can make a case that KC has a better stop unit; yes, they are still letting teams run the ball. But these days if you are allowing "only" 60% completions you're doing a good job. And that's just what the Chiefs are doing, good for third best in the NFL.

Denver is 30th in red zone efficiency this season; last week they had to settle for six field goals in the win at New England. Will that get it done, even in the snow, against a Chiefs team that averages 16 more yards per drive than they do? That's a lot of field position right there. KANSAS CITY
