The Duke Blue Devils try to keep things going for retiring coach Mike Krzyzewski as they clash with the Arkansas Razorbacks in the Elite Eight on Saturday night.

Will there be a genuine magic carpet ride for Mike Krzyzewski? The Duke head coach, who has been in Durham since 1980, has the opportunity to continue rolling in his farewell tour, and he has a chance to punch a ticket into the Final Four if his guys can get past the Arkansas Razorbacks in an Elite Eight matchup that is set to begin around 8:59 PM ET at the Chase Center in San Francisco.

Remember that BetOnline has plenty of goodies to help you get involved, including a March Madness Welcome Bonus. And with Odds Boosters, there are hefty parlay payouts available every day.

Coach K will be turning over the reins to Jon Scheyer, but before that happens there is business to take care of. And in this instance, it's an Arkansas team that toppled the NCAA Tournament's top seed, the Gonzaga Bulldogs, by a 74-68 score in the Sweet Sixteen. The Hogs held the 'Zags, the nation's top two-point shooting team, to just 44% inside the arc.

Duke took care of business on Thursday against a Texas Tech team that is always a tough "out." in the 78-73 victory, fabulous freshman Paolo Banchero hit three triples on his way to 22 points. Mark Williams, the seven-footer who teams with him up front, had 16 points, eight rebounds and three blocks.

In the NCAA Tournament betting odds posted on this Elite Eight game by the folks at BetOnline, the Blue Devils are laying points:

Duke Blue Devils -4 (-108)
Arkansas Razorbacks +4 (112)

Over 147 Points -115
Under 147 Points -105

Neither of these teams is very experienced. And neither of them goes to the bench all that much. So you can take those away as factors.

That may leave Banchero as the biggest factor. The 6-10 forward is true inside-outside player, with the ability to battle down low or shoot the triple. He will be challenged by Arkansas' Jaylin Williams, who has pulled down double-digit defensive rebounds in ten of his last 22 games. But Duke can double things up near the glass with their own Williams, whose individual Offensive Rating is fifth best in the nation.

Arkansas doesn't shoot the triple all that well (30.4%).And they did manage to beat Gonzaga despite just 28% from the arc. Duke does not rely on the three-ball much (just 36% of field goal attempts), but at least they know they can make them if they need to (37%). And they are in the top ten making "twos" (56.2%).

Here's what's interesting: Arkansas is heavily reliant on getting to the line. They lead the nation in free throws attempted and made. And if you take that away from them, you create a problem.

And from that perspective, Duke would appear to be the "all-wrong" opponent for them. The Blue Devils aren't a "lockdown" defense, but they are nonetheless able to defend without fouling. The percentage of points scored at the line by their opponents is the fifth lowest in the nation. In three games in the Big Dance, the officials have sent their opponents to the charity stripe only 29 times.

We don't think it's a silly idea to think that in this atmosphere, where the media is very Duke-centric, that the Blue Devils might catch breaks from the zebras and the networks will be able to highlight the Coach K farewell story. Let's put it this way - they're not likely to get the short end of the stick from the officials.

So although it may look like the Razorbacks carry some value here, we're laying the points, as CBS gets some extra viewers with a Final Four trip for the Dukies.
