Stanley Cup Odds: L.A. Kings Throw Wrench in NHL Betting Line

The Los Angeles Kings find themselves in uncharted territory now having just cast aside Western Conference No. 1 seed and consensus NHL betting line favorite Vancouver in Round 1, but can the momentum gleaned from tossing the Canucks translate over into a second-round matchup against the St. Louis Blues?
