If you feel a site has treated you unfairly, you may submit your dispute to us. We will contact the gaming site owner and attempt to resolve the problem. We have an incredible success rate resolving all disputes with OSGA members. If the book or casino is not an OSGA member, we will still attempt to help; but we may not be very effective.

You must have this form filled out and on file with us before we will accept phone calls about your complaint. If the amount of loss involved in this complaint is less than $100 we cannot help you in recovering any funds.

Please note: If your complaint has been previously addressed by another jurisdiction or you initiate a discussion concerning your complaint on any public forum or you share information about your complaint with the media, you jeopardize our ability to assist you. In any of these situations, we reserve the right to immediately discontinue our investigations and/or efforts to resolve your complaint.

  • 1. Any problems with a handicapper or handicapping service.
  • 2. Any issues with agents or price-per-head providers.
  • 3. Matters that are in clear violation of the sportsbooks website rules.
  • 4. Any person who has committed a chargeback against a sportsbook in the last 12 months.
  • 5. Matters with attorneys involved.

  • 6. If your complaint is on company we have already posted a Bad Bet Alert on, these places will no longer work with any representatives from OSGA in most cases.
