5Dimes is a book that has had such a solid reputation, we felt we were happy to visit the operation in 2010. We have known of the 5D operation since it opened and they have never had a legitimate complaint with us. The top man here knows that paying players is the top priority. 5Dimes caters to players from the $25 bettor to the larger player. They give bettors one of the widest wagering menus of any place, anywhere on the 'net, most of it with reduced juice! VERY solid.

Located on two floors of a seven story office building in downtown San Jose, the 5Dimes operation was forced to expand due to their recent business expansion. The offices reminds us of sportsbooks that were rapidly growing back in 2004 but this one has flatscreens, and a bunch of them. The recent expansion has created a nice server room, separate areas for customer service and accounting and a much-needed expanded call center and online chat group. The head man can quite often be found on the stage directing the operation.
