We were able to visit
Bodog's updated wagering center in Costa Rica and had a welcome surprise,
an updated facility with smoked glass partitions, a large call center
(over 120 stations) and fantastic offices. Bodog has always been a forward
thinking operation and this new center is no exception. There is a modern
break room and cafeteria for employees, creating a 'family' sense where
the goal for bodog is employee retention. The office is comfortable and
a little quieter than many of the books offshore and the employees that
we met were a bit more laid back than some of the other shops we have
visited.
