"Fine Print" - Things to Remember
If at any time you have used a credit card to fund your DSI account, and are requesting a payout, you will be required to complete and fax a Credit Card Authorization Form and documentation for each card used. If you have not already submitted this form and need a copy, contact us.
Payout request taken before 3pm EST will be processed the same day unless otherwise stipulated above.
All withdrawals must go back to the same method used to deposit. (Restrictions apply).
Customers who have deposited using Check By Phone (Citadel) must wait 7-12 business days before requesting a payout, to ensure that all e-checks have cleared.
Customers who have deposited using FirePay must wait 6 business days before requesting a payout, to ensure that all FirePay deposits have cleared.

Presidents'Comments
 We are glad to welcome Diamond Sports back into the Association. They had been members from 1999 to 2001, but a falling out with upper management and the loss of several key people left a question mark on them. DSI has been doing an excellent job since moving into the BetCRIS building inn 2004 and we had zero complaints in this book during 2006.
