Sunset Sports, opened just this year in Costa Rica, has run into some financial trouble and has been of the ‘net and unavailable via phone for about a week. We recently learned that they approached OSGA Endorsed Sports-Gambling.com to help them from becoming another casualty in the offshore sports betting arena. Sports-Gambling is in early negotiations with the management and ownership of Sunset Sports, but will only make this move if it is right for both companies and the players involved.

Sunset Sports was taken over by Continental Gaming a subsidary of Kumico investments. About 25% of the active customers were taken over by OSGA Endorsed Sports-Gambling and the rest of the customers balances will be absorbed by the new Sunset Sports group.
From Sunset Sports: “We will keep using the same Sunsetsports website based on the fact that every customer will be paid and nobody will be stiffed.”
We are extremely glad to see that Sunset Sports has gone the extra mile to get funding and take care of these players and wish them good luck in the coming weeks and months.
