January 22, 2006, 8:18 pmBelieve it or not. Just by chance I called the 800 telebet number and operator #550 ANSWERED! He confirmed my balance and told me that a firm called IRISH NICKEL has taken over Telebet and will be honoring all balances. There will not be any payouts as of now since they do not have the funds to do so. But in time will be.
This operator told me that Mr. Lamford became ill and was hospitalized and that is why Telebet went down.
Any thoughts or just another runaround?
What is the best way to quickly get the $23K I have in the account?
