The Temporary Restraining Order preventing BETonSPORTS from doing business with any US Citizen was extended yesterday by Judge Carol Jackson in St. Louis. It’s unclear what effect the restraining order still has as BOS has closed its Costa Rica and Antigua offices and has told the world that they will no longer be doing business with US Customers. There is little doubt this will put a kink in any plans to begin payouts to customers.
