BOS, publicly traded and in ‘aquisition mode’ purchases the entire VO-Group of sportsbooks, casinos and poker rooms.
The VO-Group, which had been approached by BetonSports two years ago and nearly acquired then, is purchased for a maximum total consideration for the business of US$37 million. BOS today announced a deal that has been in the works for months; the acquisition of several online sportsbooks and casinos trading principally under the names MVPSportsbook, Player Super Book and V-Wager.
