We would like to congratulate “HalC” for winning the OSGA Super Easy, Super Bowl Contest. HalC beat out over 200 contestants to win the $200 CASH Grand Prize.

HalC did get lucky in winning the grand prize. He hit 6 of the seven proposition bets and had the Patriots winning the game, which was the main caveat in winning a prize. He had a total of 45 points which met the criteria for the first tie-breaker, which was closest to the total without going over. However, “RoxanneH” pulled in with the exact some score and also hit 6 prop bets. So, we had to go to the second tie-breaker which was the number of first down by the winning team. The Patriots had an amazing 25 first downs and HalC had 23 to RoxanneH’s 12. Thus, HalC collects the $200 Grand Prize and RoxanneH is eligible for the $150 Free Bet at Elite-rated BetOnline.

The Super Easy, Super Bowl contest did have one player who hit all 7 prop bets, “MaryS”. Unfortunately, MaryS had Seattle as her Super Bowl champ and her hopes for collecting a prize were dashed when Russell Wilson was intercepted on the goal line with just 26 second left in the game. But once again our great contest sponsor, BetOnline, is going to award MaryS with a $100 Free Play as a ‘Bad Beat’ prize! BetOnline is not just a great online sportsbook, but they come through time and again for players in our contests, this time going above and beyond with an extra prize!

In addition, the Super Easy, Super Bowl contest awarded OSGA members who correctly picked six of the seven props correctly with a $50 Visa Gift Card. HalC also cashed on this one as did “TerrenceF”. Unfortunately, TerrenceF just missed taking the Grand Prize from his fellow member, but had a total of 55 points going over the first tie-breaker.

In addition this was the second year that we offered the Super Bowl Squares contest for Members. Congratulations are in order for “DanT”, who had the correct square for the final score of Super Bowl XLIX and will receive $200 courtesy of OSGA.

We are extremely happy to see OSGA members cash in on the great contests that we offer throughout the year. The extra contests and prizes awarded to members are one of the biggest benefits of OSGA membership and are a benefit that truly pays members back. In 2014 OSGA gave away over $4,000 to members via contest winnings and we expect to do more this year for our members. Get on board today with an OSGA membership to become eligible for great prizes and exclusive contests.

    Hi Michael.

Unfortunately, you missed three of the props. You missed the coins toss, the first half total and the first timeout. Best of luck in the coming contests!
