In the last hour, we were sent a copy of an email that looks like it came from Vantis, the company put in charge of liquidating the entire BETonSPORTS corporation.<\/p>\n

This email provides players with a creditor reference number and a login to what appears to be a Vantis operated website. We urge bilked players to proceed with caution as the company has made no announcements of this method of contact\/verification.<\/p>\n

In addition, we had not seen any notice of this development and this email appears to have come out of the nowhere. We have seen only 1 email copy – not the hundreds we would have expected.<\/p>\n

Thus, we have contacted Vantis to find out the validity of this claim email. With all of the phishing scams out there we want to verify that this a legitimate email from Vantis.<\/p>\n
