On March 21, Internet payment giant NeTeller came out after the arrests of its co-founders and subsequent shutting of US accounts with a press release stating, “it signed agreements with the USAO and Navigant which, among other things, outline terms and a timeline under which NETELLER will work toward the orderly distribution of funds to its US customers. Per the agreements, the Group anticipates that within the next 75 days it will announce a plan by which the funds will be distributed to US customers.” <\/p>\n
75 days is Monday, June 4. Though we have no idea what may be in this statement, we highly doubt that it will be a note to ‘come pick up your money’ for US players. <\/p>\n
On a related note, it will be at least 180 days until the co-founders are brought before a judge for a preliminary trial. The latest hearing has been postponed again until the end of this month.<\/p>\n
