As many of you know, Bestlinesports.com suffered problems this past Friday the 27th of April that hindered our ability to operate. As a service to all clients, the following is a special report of what happened.

At around 10:15PM (ET) our base of operations in Panama City, Panama suffered a power outage as a result of difficult weather conditions. As it is, Panama is a tropical country going into its rainy season and the resulting weather caused a halt in operations of our headquarters.

The problem was significant, but within a couple of hours (around 1:30AM ET specifically) all of our systems were operational once more. During that time we were unable to take wagers online or over the phone.

The staff at Bestlinesports.com would like to extend an apology to you for any inconveniences our mishap might have caused. Rest assured that since then we have taken all necessary measures so that this problem does not happen again.
