Another Poker Room leaves the US

Doyle’s Room makes the tough decision……

Today Doyle’s Room announced that they will be leaving the US market. This sudden move was brought on by the Tribeca Poker Network pulling out of the US – Tribeca provided the software for Doyle’s Room. More time was supposed to be given to network cardrooms, such as Doyle’s, but development of new software has not been completed. US Customers who have current Doyle’s Room accounts will not be able to deposit anymore and US players have until the end of the month to withdraw their funds. There will be more on this in the coming hours/days.

Can we play Poker anywhere anymore! I guess at 70+ years old Doyle did not need to fight the US gov’t. Plus he probably made his money.. OSGA where do we turn to after an icon refuses our action?

    Dino,

Thank you for the comment. Check out the Endorsed Poker Rooms list at http://www.osga.com/Cardrooms.htm.

PokerHost, Bodog and WPX are all viable options witth sportsbook integration, however, many Dolye’s players are seem quite happy with Full Tilt and the deal thay are getting for moving over there.
