BlueMoon Entertainment has amended their suit against Bodog over the reality Poker series “Calvin Ayre’s Wild Poker.” BlueMoon alleges that the series was their concept and Bodog used their initial proposal to create their own show…..after Bodog has signed a non-disclosure agreement. The latest suite filed earlier in the week also includes Fox Sports Net who current airs the ‘Wild Poker” series on Saturday nights. The suit claims that FSN had knowledge of the alleged improprieties of Bodog and aired the show anyway.
