German soccer is getting ready to roll once again. But is the Bundesliga safe? This is a question that can only be answered when these teams actually get on the pitch.

One of the people who has been powering the Bayern Munich effort is Robert Lewandowski, the Polish World Cup standout who is firmly established as one of the top goal scorers in the world. He has, in fact, scored 25 goals on the season, which is more than one a game (he's appeared in 23). So he's obviously incredibly hard to stop.

And now another great who has had as much of a proclivity to score as Lewandowski has joined back up with Bayern. Miroslav Klose has been in enough games with the national team that he holds the record with 16 World Cup goals. He's not an active player anymore, but has been coaching with Bayern's Under-17 team. Now he is moving up to the big squad as an assistant.

Klose has scored 71 goals for Germany and 53 for Bayern. He was a World Cup champion in 2014, when current Bayern coach Hansi Flick served as an assistant for the national side. He is one of the more prolific strikers in history. We're not sure he's going to show Lewandowski anything new, but he could be of great benefit to the others, according to Flick.

The interesting thing about Sunday's game is that Bayern got off to such a slow start, which is not necessarily anything new for them. Will this re-start be slow as well? Union Berlin, which actually had to win a relegation playoff to play with the big boys this season, has scored home upsets over the likes of Borussia Dortmund and Borussia Monchengladbach, the #2 and #4 teams, respectively, in the Bundesliga. Would it be outside the realm of possibility for them to come to within two goals in this one? We don't think so. And we're on board with that -113 price.
