Bill Belichick’s first game as a college head coach is a solo event on Labor Day in prime time. As to what kind of success the future Hall of Fame NFL coach will have is divided. What isn’t divided is sharp money going against the Tar Heels, rammed from -1.5 to +3.5. TCU is thought of as an under-the-radar team in the Big 12, led by QB Josh Hoover, coupled with what is expected to be an improved defense. A fascinating matchup that bears watching if the Horned Frogs hop to a lower favorite. Update: This will likely see some movement once we get past Sunday, as bettors are focused on Saturday. One shouldn’t underestimate Belichick, nonetheless, the Frogs have the more complete team and win by 6 to cover.
