The Masters Tournament Golf Betting - 'A Tradition Unlike Any Other'

Following the Final Four and college basketball's championship game, it's nearing tee times for the opening round of The Masters. The 2025 event and 89th edition of The Masters Tournament is drawing major wager action at the leading online sportsbooks. It's not just on the prohibitive favorites Scottie Scheffler (+525) or Rory McIlroy (+650), who are top-3 in handle and money bet to win along with Collin Morikawa (+1500) at top online sportsbook BetOnline

Scheffler, McIlroy and Morikawa also top the PGA Tour power rankings into the first major at Augusta National for the 2025 Masters Tournament.

Tournament Matchups And Picks

The top online sportsbooks offer even more tournament matchups for The Masters and majors, and especially at BetOnline and BookMaker. Another option that select leading online sportsbooks like Bookmaker and BetOnline offer are to lay or take 1.5 strokes in a matchup. That's what we did in the Arnold Palmer Invitational with winner Tommy Fleetwood, and I've been posting more matchup winners most weeks in my PGA coverage in Forbes and started with a 2-0 in the Pebble Beach Pro-Am with tournament winner Rory McIlroy also a big 'Dog winner over Scottie Scheffler in tournament matchup betting.

Be sure to check the golf rules at your sportsbooks regarding matchups, ties, cut and/or withdrawls, and other prop bets at OSGA.

Some of my early outright win bets to win the 2025 Masters include McIlroy, Thomas, Fleetwood, Henley, Conners and Robert MacIntyre, who I bet at 125/1 last year.

Also, Round 1 Pick - McIlroy Top 20 (-115)
