Antonio Brown may or may not turn out being a big factor for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Super Bowl LV, but Tom Brady clearly would like him to be.

Antonio Brown had minimal impact in the first meeting between the Chiefs and Bucs, but there is no doubt that he has had an impact overall in the second half of the season. And we will tell you why his availability in the wake of his knee injury is so critical for the Bucs.

BetOnline, the leaders in terms of the depth and breadth of Super Bowl props, takes stab at posting numbers as to Brown's performance in this game:

Antonio Brown - Receptions

Over 3.5 receptions -130
Under 3.5 receptions +100

Antonio Brown - Receiving Yards

Over 41.5 yards -114
Under 41.5 yards -114

Brown, as you may remember, was brought to New England at the urging of Tom Brady last season. And the two connected for a touchdown in their first game together. But that was the only game they would play on the same side. As word came of an assault charge that he would have to fight in Florida, the Pats cut him.

But Brady was obviously not through with him. So he became available to the Buccaneers after a suspension period had run out. Brown played eight games in the regular season for Tampa Bay, catching 45 passes. Brady is so fond of him that he had him staying with him in the Boston area last season, and it was that fondness that promoted Brady to go out of his way to help Brown reach a bonus goal in the season finale, as he got his 45th catch.

Brown was more of a possession receiver than anything else. But he did catch 5.6 passes a game while he was in there, and that figure led the team. He had a success rate of 72.4% of the passes that were thrown his way. That was better than Brady's overall accuracy rate.

Scott Miller is a very useful young receiver, and an alumnus of the Mid-American Conference like Brown. Tyler Johnson has shown some promise as a rookie.

But it's really Brown who gives the Buccaneers such an imposing three-set of receivers, along with Mike Evans and Chris Godwin.

There has been some concern about the status of Brown, who had to sit out the NFC Championship game against Green Bay due to a knee injury. So he has had some time to sit out, but he has been cleared for this game.

We would go ahead and assume that while he may not be 100%, he is going to play a definite role in the way this offensive game plan moves ahead. We know Brady likes him and considers him a reliable option. And we know that Brown has been on the big stage before.

Head coach Bruce Arians may be able to shift him around in the formation. But the Chiefs' secondary may not be deep enough to take of all the wide receivers, especially on those occasions when they may be out there with four of them.

We don't know how much the Buccaneers are going to go to a two-tight end formation. But Brown is expected to be on the field mostly when they are in the three-wide setup. Kansas City does a great job on the wideouts, so we're not sure Brown is running wild.

Brady will do his best to get the Ball in Brown's hands, so we're going OVER on the "receptions" prop, but we're not confident either way on the "yards" prop.
