Tom Brady and Bill Belichick meet as opponents for the first time on Sunday night, and we'll talk about some props surrounding the game.

Whenever there's a big showdown in the NFL, you can count on the people from BetOnline to come up with a number of amusing props attached to the event. And Sunday night's game is no exception, as Tom Brady brings an opposing team into Foxboro for the first time as his Tampa Bay Buccaneers visit the New England Patriots.

This bittersweet reunion will take place at 8:20 p.m. Eastern time, televised by NBC.

The more and more people explore a relationship between Brady and Bill Belichick, the stranger it seems. For all the years these guys spent together, it doesn't exactly resemble a father-son relationship, but rather employer - employee, and it was without a lot of sentiment that Brady took off for the Buccaneers.

What adds a lot of spice to this encounter, obviously, is the fact that Brady won a Super Bowl without Belichick, while Belichick seems to be middling at best with his Patriots sans Brady.

Let's start things off with a straight-faced prop, which involves how many yards Brady will throw for.

Here is the prop as it appears at BetOnline

Brady Over 315.5 yards -120
Brady Under 315.5 yards - 108

I think we are going to be very solidly on the OVER in this one. And we say that for a few reasons. One of them is that, well, he's thrown for big numbers. At 1087 yards, he is averaging 362 per contest.

Also, consider that Tampa Bay isn't the kind of team that runs the ball a lot. In fact, they have put the ball in the air more than 75% of the time, which is free and clear as the #1 most airborne team in the NFL.

So for the Buccaneers to continue throwing, well, it's just what they do.

And don't you get the feeling that Brady wouldn't mind rubbing it in just a little; you know, showing Belichick which guy is REALLY the greatest of all time? All of this points us to a yardage total that eclipses is that which is posted.

Okay, here's one that's very important:

WHAT WILL HAPPEN ON FIELD AFTER THE GAME?

Brady/Belichick no touching -120
Brady/Belichick shake hands only +250
Brady/Belichick shake hands/embrace +250
Brady/Belichick hug +600
Brady/Belichick high five +1000

What we have heard is that there was more of a business relationship between these two. That doesn't necessarily invite warm memories, and Belichick didn't necessarily offer any. For that matter, neither does Belichick.

At the same time, these guys are very aware that every little movement invites a certain amount of media scrutiny. So if they don't put on a show of some kind, they'll have people talking, which will bring questions at press conferences, and that will be a distraction.

The "no touching" thing is kind of tempting, and we certainly don't think we're going to see hugs and kisses. I can visualize a shaking of the hands with a brief cursory embrace - "Good luck the rest of the season," that kind of thing.

The only circumstance I can see fouling this up would be if Brady really ran up the score gratuitously, which might make things a bit ugly. We're okay grabbing the +250.

What will be shown first during broadcast?

Brady with no shirt at NFL Combine +200
Bledsoe injury leading to Brady's tenure -300

SHIRTLESS

How many people will watch Bucs vs. Pats?

Over 27.5 million
Under 27.5 million

Let's take the OVER. They've gotten more free press than the moon landing.
