Feedback Notes:
A member contacted us with a complaint on a sportsbook. His issue was regarding a payout. The member played all football season with this sportsbook and never asked once for a single payout, but they hit him up for a $50.00 check fee because he did not bet the week before the Super Bowl.
Outcome of Situation/Reason for Feedback:
We contacted the member after we heard back from the sportsbook. The sportsbook informed us that the head of customer service was out of town for a couple of days which delayed the payouts, neverless the member should be receiving his check shortly. The sportsbook also explained the exact rule for the free payout, which we passed on to the member so he could avoid any future problems regarding free plays.

OSGA thank you so much for replying to my e-mail. Yes the sportsbook did finally make good on there payout but I will tell you they did not make it easy. I was willing to keep money in the account for betting on boxing and horseracing but after seeing how they treat their customers, I doubt I will return. I never requested one payout through the entire football season and was very surprised the way I was treated when I went to collect my money. I would have to say without question by the fact that OSGA was willing to look into this for me makes me not only glad I joined, but also I have complete confidence in you that I have someone looking out for my interest.
