Any college football away underdog of 8.0 or less (Vanderbilt) that’s coming off a loss by 10 or greater in which allowed 30 or more points, and they failed cover that contest as a home underdog, versus an opponent (Purdue) coming off an away favorite straight up loss in which they gave up 40 points or fewer, resulted in those away underdogs going 15-1 ATS (93.8%) since 1990.

Texas State began their 2019 campaign with a 41-7 loss at nationally ranked Texas A&M.

Any college football home underdog of 7.5 or less (Texas State) who scored 20 points or fewer in their previous contest, and they’re facing a team (Wyoming) coming off a home underdog of 10.5 or greater straight up win, resulted in those home underdogs going 14-0 ATS since 1981. Western Kentucky is coming off an unexpected 35-28 loss to Central Arkansas. That’s a Central Arkansas team that plays at the FCS level. Nonetheless, the Hilltoppers were knocked off as a 10.0-point home favorite.

FIU opener their season a week ago this past Thursday by getting hammered at Tulane 42-14. The Golden Panthers were only a short 3.0-point underdog in that contest.

Any college football away underdog of 2.0 to 9.0-points (Western Kentucky) that’s coming off a home favorite straight up loss in which they failed to cover by 19.0-points or less, and they’re playing in games 2 through 7 of its season, versus an opponent (FIU) coming off an ATS loss as an underdog, resulted in those away underdogs going 18-1 ATS (64.7%) since 2000. Those road dogs also won 15 of those 19 games straight up.
