Well, the results are in…….Players are divided nearly equally on the five categories of
‘Things we miss the most at Pinnacle Sports’. The five categories that respondents were able to choose from included High Limits (19.21%), Betting Options (15.76%), Early Lines (20.69%), Safety/Security (19.70%) and the winner by a slim margin – Reduced Juice (24.63%).

The results mirror that of our phone lines and support email accounts. We have had dozens of players seeking the High Limits, Early Lines and reduced Juice that Pinnacle offers to players around the world – but not US players. However, we did get many requests looking for the all of the different wagering options that Pinnacle offers, including the drop-down boxes, and it was surprising that this got the lowest total response.

You can find Reduced Juice at several books, including BetMania, BetOnline and Guardian Guaranty. However, you will be hard pressed to find those little drop-down boxes……

US players are no longer able to do withdraws with the ATM card. NeTeller has told us that they are currently tying to correct this.
As of last week NeTeller was no longer able to do EFT’s. In fact, any EFT withdrawal that was processed is taking very long and even being rejected. Players have told us that EFT transactions that were in their accounts marked as “approved” now say “declined”.

A recent call to NeTeller revealed that, “There is currently no way for US clients to withdraw funds.

We are confident that NeTeller is currently working to resolve this situation and will post any available updates as they are found to be factual.

The BestlineSports.com website has been having some connection problems all day. These problems are only temporary and once the Internet propulgates with the new Bestline Sports information, everything will return to status quo. Do not be alarmed…..5 Dimes is having technical difficulties with their website and main phone number. They did not disappear and are not involved in any of the recent gambling arrests.

We were able to get through at 800-442-0151. 5 Dimes expects that their website will be up by 1PM ET.

While travelling separately in the US, Stephen Lawrence and John Lefebvre, both former directors of the NeTeller company, were detained by US authorities on Monday, January 15, 2007. NeTeller has not received any communication or correspondence from any US authority regarding this or any related matter.

Pending clarification of the situation the Board has sought immediate temporarysuspension of NETELLER’s on the London Stock Exchange – Alternative Investment Market (AIM).

They do have a team of people working on the payouts for their 20,000+ US customers. The email that you used to get is not automated, as we had thought. They are receiving requests, but it will take several days before every player gets confirmation that his payout is being processed. Finally, NeTeller seems to be the slowest method – Electronic check seems to be relatively quick.

Rest assured…they are paying right now and will pay out every customer.

ALSO – Bet Jamaica does take transfers from Pinnacle. Open an account at Bet Jamaica and then simply email csd@pinnaclesports.com and request the transfer to Bet Jamaica and then notify banking@betjm.com when completed.
