We visited Tradewinds superior facilities in the Summer of 2006. This large office space is somewhat isolated,
away from other sportsbooks, in the suburbs of San Jose. They like it this way as the office attitude is low-key
and this environment lends itself to excellent customer service work by the employees. The wagering floor is over
150 operators strong and the phone and computer infrastructure are second to none in all of Costa Rica.
It looks like a Dell Catalog picture in their server room. Top IT in Costa Rica!
