The Arizona Cardinals will try to draw closer to the NFC West lead as they play host to the Seattle Seahawks in Sunday night football on NBC.

The Seattle Seahawks are a team that feels it might just have a winning formula again as the representative of the NFC. On Sunday night they will take on the Arizona Cardinals in the NBC-televised game, beginning at 8:30 PM ET at University of Phoenix Stadium. As BetAnySports customers are watching this game, they can also place wagers against dynamic odds as they take advantage of the state-of-the-art software that is available through Live Betting Ultra. The Seahawks are a stingy team, as usual. Last week's 26-24 win over the Atlanta Falcons constituted the most points they have yielded this year. They have snuffed out the opposition's ground attack, allowing only 3.3 yards per carry, and they have gotten some pretty good pressure with their four-man rush, recording 16 sacks.

Arizona is at 3-3, having won a couple of easy games in a row. First there was a Thursday night effort against the San Francisco 49ers, in which Drew Stanton completed only eleven passes in place of the injured Carson Palmer, but the Cards won it 33-21 anyway. And then the dysfunctional New York Jets came to town and came away 28-3 losers. Bruce Arians' offense is ibviously one that likes to take its strikes down the field, and that is something the Seahawks' defense has been designed to prevent. And when you catch the ball, they make you pay.

In the Sunday night NFL betting odds that have been posted on this game by the people at BetAnySports, the Cardinals are slightly favored at home:

Arizona Cardinals -1.5
Seattle Seahawks +1.5

Over 43.5 points -110
Under 43.5 points -110

Arizona, it appears, is capable of playing much better than they have thus far. It was indeed a big disappointment that they lost their season opener to the New England Patriots, who were operating without Tom Brady. And they were certainly flat against the Buffalo Bills in the first road contest of the year (a 33-18 loss). So when it comes down to it, we're not sure we have seen anything overly impressive out of them at all.

However, it looks as if David Johnson has become the focal point of the offense. Johnson, the second-year man out of Northern Iowa, has averaged five yards per carry and he has also been on the receiving end of 17 passes, making him one of the top dual-threats in the league.

Carson Palmer has not put up numbers close to what he produced last season. Palmer, who had concussion symptoms that caused him to miss the game against San Francisco, is 59% accurate with six touchdowns and five interceptions. He has had a hamstring injury that has hampered him in practice, so he may not be approaching 100% as this game kicks off.

Russell Wilson has had his share of injuries as well, as BetAnySports customers are well aware. Wilson has thrown just one interception in 170 attempts, and what Seattle fans can really appreciate is that he is starting to make a connection with tight end Jimmy Graham, who seemed to have something very special going with Drew Brees in New Orleans. Graham is averaging 16 yards per reception, so he is leading the team in that category. We can't say that the Seahawks have had a dominant running game as they have exhibited in the past with the now-retired Marshawn Lynch, but they are not completely helpless there, as Christine Michael (354 yards, 4.4 per carry) has done a pretty good job of at least giving this team a threat back there.

At BetAnySports you can get a lot of value when playing against the NFL betting odds, and that comes by way of reduced juice, which helps you avoid laying the customary -110.
