Leading the race to legalize online poker is the biggest player in the business. It's called "Poker Stars.

It's already legal in 12 countries and three states in the United States.

Right now, two bills are waiting for California lawmakers to make online poker legal and tax the profits.

It's quite a juggling act though, with casinos, Indian tribes and horse tracks taking different views.

Yes, online poker is happening as we speak in California and all across America.

It's a multi-billion dollar business that's not going away, legal or not.
