Real Vegas Online still finds players to scam

We are recommending that players simply avoid Real Vegas Online altogether.

***** OSGA Bad Bet Alert *****

Avoid: realvegasonline.com, Real Vegas Online

Reason for today's alert: Legitimate non-payout claims

Blacklist Notes: There have been reports over the years of slow or non-payment from this casino and frankly we were suprised they are still in 'business'. A player complained about non-payment for the past three months. We have attempted to contact Real Vegas Online several times and no one has responded to our e-mails. In chat we were told that they could not help us with the non-payment claim. The bottom line, players are now in a No Pay situation.

Specific Notes: OSGA was first contacted by a player who requested a payout and it was approved, but never sent. The player originally asked for a withdrawal on 8/10/2015.  After a short time he began to contact them about the whereabouts of his payout. He got no response from emails and  in chat he was told that "there is a high volume of withdrawals" and they will give him an update when they "hear from management". As of this writing the player has not received a dime,  We contacted Real Vegas Online via email and got no response. On chat we were told to use a different email address. Again no response. Again in chat we were told that they could not help us and to have the customer contact them directly. When we told the chat clerk that he had over 20X with no response, they told us that they could not give out any of his account information . . .  and he should contact them directly. Obviously once  scammer, always a scammer. Thus, we are again recommending that players simply avoid Royal Vegas Online.
