The Golden State Warriors are in danger of putting their record-breaking season into jeopardy, as they play Game 4 against the Oklahoma City Thunder down 2-1.

It looks as if the Golden State Warriors are in a situation where they had better get their act together, and quick. They were trounced in Game 3 by the Oklahoma City Thunder, and they face the possibility of going down three games to one as they take the floor on Tuesday night for a game that begins at 9 PM ET at the Chesapeake Energy Arena. BetAnySports customers can get reduced juice wagering by going to the website before the game starts, and even after the opening tipoff, they can continue with a lot of sports betting thrills as they challenge the NBA betting odds in real time through the state-of-the-art software of Live Betting Ultra.

The Thunder were a 133-105 winner on Sunday, and they did so on the basis of exploding in the second and third quarters, scoring 83 points over that time. The Warriors did not shoot well, and they also lost the rebounding battle. Draymond Green was not only held to just one field goal in nine attempts, but he also committed a flagrant foul when he kicked Thunder center Steven Adams in the groin. Fortunately for Green, he got away with a $25,000 fine and was not suspended for this game.

We don't know whether head coach Steve Kerr is going to make some personnel adjustments, namely, going to a smaller lineup. But that might be one way to draw out the Oklahoma City defenders. It would help Golden State if it could shoot better from downtown, and Steph Curry is going to be a key factor in any formula for victory.

In the NBA betting odds posted on this game by the people at BetAnySports, Golden State is the slight road favorite:

Golden State Warriors -1.5
Oklahoma City Thunder +1.5

Over 222 points -110
Under 222 points -110

The Warriors starters shot only 35% from the field in Game 3, and even though they did get 10 offensive rebounds, there were plenty of misses to gather up. One of the things you notice right away with the Warriors is that Klay Thompson is not exactly on fire. They shooting guard has made two out of eight shots from three-point range in each of his last two games, and when you have a Usage figure of 37.6 as he did in Game 3, that would be some cause for concern.

Green needs to come back, and come back strong. BetAnySports patrons know that. His plus/minus figure for Game 3 was -46 and he had only four rebounds on the evening. For the series he is shooting only 37%, and his numbers (13 points, 5.7 rebounds, 4.7 assists) are down from what he is used to. He is also known as someone who can protect the rim, as teams shot only 34% against Golden State when he was in that position, prior to the beginning of this series. Obviously he has to get back to that level of proficiency.

Sunday's game was only the second time in the last 16 contests where the Warriors had allowed 45% shooting or better on the part of the opponent. So they have, for the most part, done the job on defense. And they have yet to lose back-to-back games all season long. They will seek to do a better job against Russell Westbrook, who had an uncharacteristically accurate shooting night, hitting 10 out of 19 shots on Sunday.

Golden State is still a -130 favorite to win the series, while the Thunder is priced at +110 at BetAnySports, where reduced juice wagering is the rule, and customers have the opportunity to partake in the liveliest in-game betting available anywhere......
