I'm inclined to buy into this line of thinking and discovered Portland is 10-1 UNDER off a win against a division rival.

With Minnesota 22nd in scoring defense and Phoenix 25th, the total has climbed three points to 231.5 in this Western Conference encounter. Both defenses have been even worse in their last five contests with the Timberwolves permitting 120.8 PPG (vs. 112) and Suns at 117.2 (vs. 115). These teams just played on Sunday and Minnesota won 116-114 on last second Derrick Rose shot, beating that total by a half point. With Phoenix 10-0 UNDER revenging a close loss of three points or less and this fresh, take the UNDER.
