The betting public is sure of two things, Game 3 of the Nuggets and Spurs will be lower scoring and San Antonio will win and cover the spread. The total of this tilt is down four points to 208 and the Spurs have blossomed like spring flowers from -2 to -4.5. San Antonio had a 19-point lead in the 3rd quarter at Denver and looked on their way to 2-0 series lead. But Denver, led by Jamal Murray outscored them by 28 points the rest of the way. The Nuggets have lost 13 in a row at San Antonio, but are a competitive 6-7 ATS in those contests. I prefer the UNDER with both teams having stronger trends backing that thinking, but a leerier about the adjusted spread and will just lean with the Spurs.

The total in this conflict has jumped from 6 to 6.5 and it should have. It's a given Vegas will score against San Jose porous defense. These teams are 12-6 Over and in their brief history and we know the Sharks are more than capable on both ends of the rink of making this a high-scoring affair, at 13-4 Over after two or more losses and 23-10 Over after an Under. Look for Vegas to blow up the total as they are 8-1 OVER in road games against teams averaging three or more shots on goal than their opponent this season.
