We were able to visit
BoDog's updated wagering center in Costa Rica and had a welcome surprise,
an updated facility with smoked glass partitions, a large call center
(over 120 stations) and fantastic offices. BoDog has always been a forward
thinking operation and this new center is no exception. There is a modern
break room and cafeteria for employees, creating a 'family' sense where
the goal for BoDog is employee retention. The office is comfortable and a
little quieter than many of the book offshore and the employees that we
met were a bit more laid back than some of the other shops we have visited |

as a software company back in 1995, bodog has been the flagship
brand for over four years, absorbing the Big Book and Grand Prix
clients in 2003. This sportsbook has tens of thousands of customers
and hundreds of operators and customer service clerks. One nice
factor with bodog is that their customer service and payouts are
done in Canada. Thus, you get reps who have English as a
first language and payouts can be done via regular mail at a greatly
reduced cost.
