In the summer of 2006, we
again stopped in at the facilities of BetUS. Located in Office Centro (or Bookie Central) in San Jose, their offices were much larger than we had anticipated.
They occupy an entire floor of one of the large office buildings. This book houses a large area for customer service and marketing, with about 40 customer service
clerks. |

BetUS is a very large outfit, more so than
we had originally thought. This is one of the few books that we have
found that seems to 'know their customer'. BetUS spends a great deal
of energy verifying information and communicating with customers so
that there will be no problems when it comes time to ask for that
payout. We were quite impressed with our visit to BetUS!
