A player contacted us at the end of March with a payout problem at Gold Victory. He was being told that "within 10 business days, all pending withdrawals will be settled and paid via the method which you have opted for".

Recently, GoldVictory.com has been updated to read: "We regret to inform you that for the time being all Sportsbook and Casino games have been suspended temporarily. We are working with the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta (LGA) to amend the situation. Once the situation is amended, all customers with pending withdrawal/s will be paid out."

Players at Gold Victory should contact the Lotteries and Gaming Authority in Malta.
