Gaming Articles Vantis has sent out another round of emails to contact players and we heard from dozens of former BETonSPORTS customers who received update emails. However, these emails were just correspondence from the liquidators, Vantis PLC, to let players know they are still working on contacting every former player. Vantis had originally stated that they would be contacting players every 60 days to let them know of any new developments…… We continue to work, on behalf of bilked BETonSPORTS customers, with Vantis to make sure that every player who is looking for a refund gets a 'Creditor Reference Number' making them eligible for a payout. We have heard from dozens more players without Internet access and will be sending their information to the corporate liquidator on Monday. The last list that we sent over to Vantis worked out perfectly as Vantis generated customer reference numbers and verified all player information that was sent over to them. In addition, we are sending specific player information for several WagerMall customers who Vantis cannot find in their database. It appears that the WagerMall database that Vantis was given is incomplete. Still, with our contacts throughout the industry and the fact that the ex-player list from BETonSPORTS has been passed around to more than one sportsbook, we are able to dig up some data that Vantis does not appear to have listed. If you have tried to verify your WagerMall account with Vantis and been unsuccessful, please contact us ASAP. If for some reason neither the new claim form from Vantis nor the email address betonsports@vantisplc.com puts you in contact with Vantis, or if you would like to be added to our list of bilked players for any future action, click here. Vantis still has not revealed two very important things, perhaps the most critical pieces of information. The Date and the Amount - when will checks be cut and how much is each player going to get? We hope to be able to report these answers in the coming weeks.
