This customer initally complained to us regarding slow pay from Bodog.com. He was getting conflicting answers from Customer Service regarding an deposit made via ECheck. This confusion caused several payouts to be delayed..
Outcome of Situation/Reason for Feedback:
2 payouts were received.

Thanks for your help, I did get a check for $800 and then another one for $1000. They have held back $2000 and tell me I will get it next week. I appreciate your help, it did help to get things moving. Thanks again
