The final week of the inaugural OSGA season-long Pro Football Pick‘em is here. So far we have given out $1600 in weekly prizes with three players winning the weekly $100 prize twice. The contest consists of picking every game, each week, straight-up (no pointspread). Check out the standings here.

As we head to the final week’s games, players who started at the beginning of the year are reminded that they can still win the prize for the progressive game, even if they have not played for several weeks. Enter your slections for the final week here and click on 'Enter Your Picks'.

The OSGA Pro Football Pick‘em was two contests in one, where, in addition to the weekly prize, there was a progressive pool for $100 that built each week to go to the player who got all games on the board correct. There were several weeks where a contestant only picked one game incorrectly, but a 16-0 record will be tough to achieve in the final week, with players sitting and teams already clinching playoff spots and home-field advantage.

So, the final week may result in simply picking a winner from the field of over 70 participants. The grand prize is 50% of the progressive pool, currently valued at $850! As the final week’s selections are due by Sunday 12:45 PM this week, we urge players to pick carefully. ‘Dean’ currently has a four point advantage yet 6 other players are within striking distance of his 70% pick percentage. A poor week coupled with solid picks from players could doom Dean. But . . . the most agonizing way that he could end up with a ‘bad beat’ can only occur if someone gets all 16 games right this week.
