Leisure & Gaming hires Ex-BOS Finance Director

Leisure & Gaming plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce today the appointment to the Board of Richard Creed as Finance Director, replacing Michael Baird. It is also pleased to announce that Neil Craven has been appointed to the Board as a non-executive director. Benjamin Shaw today steps down from his position as a non-executive director.


Richard Creed was formerly finance director of BetonSports plc and a partner with Casson Beckman, now part of Baker Tilly. Richard Creed is a qualified accountant who has extensive gaming industry and corporate finance experience. Neil Craven, a shareholder in the Company, has many years' experience at senior management levels in telecommunications and fund management. He is currently a private investor focusing on small-cap equities.

BETonSPORTS Plc which was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 16 May 2007 with an estimated deficiency to creditors of £1,150,282;

Intelligence Exchange Networks Limited which was placed into a voluntary arrangement on 18 April 2002 with an estimated deficiency to creditors of £1,060,352; and

World Health Network Singapore Pte Ltd. which was wound up on 15 July 2004 with liabilities of S$71,690.

Neil Craven was a director of Carrier 1 International Luxembourg, a subsidiary of Carrier 1 International GmbH which filed for insolvency in February 2002.
