This week saw several complaints investigated as our in-house Sportsbook Advocate went international and got involved a complaint from halfway around the world. This customer emailed us from Southeast Asia, frightened as his withdrawal had not arrived AND he could no longer access either of the racing websites. We look into every single player claim, giving members both Free and Priority claims service. We also have been alerted to another book that has gone under.
