After carefully reviewing the recent news articles and conducting our own investigation about the California-based Payment Proccessing company, ePassport, The OSGA has confirmed that the Marina Del Rey Corporation, has discontinued its deposit services for US-based players following what it called ‘a widespread investigation of Internet gambling including poker by the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Southern New York’

On Friday April 11, ePassport operators released a statement, saying:'Although we do not believe we have done anything illegal, we do not wish to be associated with anything that might be considered illegal by the United States Government,'

The websites affected include, Cakepoker.com and the popular FullTiltPoker.com. Any updates to this situation or to new websites that will be affected by this withdraw, will be posted on the OSGA website.
