Feedback Notes:
A large BETonSPORTS player contacted us as he had still not heard from the corporate liquidators - Vantis. He had heard back on his Millennium account but not on his much larger BOS account.

Outcome of Situation/Reason for Feedback: 
Once the player was given some contact information for Vantis, they replied to the player and gave him a BetonSports claim number. The player was able to verify his correct balance.

Member Feedback:
Thanks so much for the email.  They replied to me and gave me my BetonSports claim number (which is a 4-digit number as opposed to my Millennium number which is a 5 digit number).  I logged in and it worked.  They had the right amount.
