Bodog Snafu Due to Funding Delay

Feedback Notes:
A player contacted us as he had made a deposit via an ECheck system. This deposit had still not cleared several weeks later. He had won some money and since the deposit had not cleared he could not get a payout.

Outcome of Situation/Reason for Feedback: 
After our contact the sportsbook made contact with their eCommerce department and have been assured that this check will be expedited on the very next batch going out, likely processed in the next couple of business days. The check was received 5 days later.

Member Feedback:
Today, I received my payout from Bodog via Fed-Ex. I am convinced this would not have happened but is due to OSGA work and effort. To me it was a business principle and not so much the money if you know what I mean. Thank you again and my thanks to Dave in C/S. Offshore gaming is in good hands with you keeping an eye on it.
