Discrepancy Leads to Two Frozen Accounts

Feedback Notes:
A player contacted us as he had two accounts that were not related at two different poker rooms that were shut down. He was getting confused as he never had a problem at his secondary outfit. He had recently disputed a charge on his Credit Card bill only to find out that it was the processor for his main poker account. He reversed the charge back immediately. After two weeks and our involvement, his account was reinstated.

Outcome of Situation/Reason for Feedback: 
Once the players' situation was straightened out at his main out, we contacted the second one and put the two Customer Service departments on the line. The players account was unfrozen from the second out the same day.
