Feedback Notes:
A customer had contacted us complaining of a slow pay situation over the summer. He was not getting any answers from Customer Service regarding his check. This had gone on for three months prior to our involvement. We made a connection with our contact who was unaware of the situation. Our management contact stepped right in and emailed the player the same day. Within a few days the player's acacount had been credited back the original check and another requested.

Outcome of Situation/Reason for Feedback: 
Payouts was received within ten days after inital contact was made.
