Feedback Notes:
This customer initally contacted us becasuse he was being slow paid on a winning promotion. He recieved an offer inn the mail that gave hi a Free $100 to wager. He met all of the criteria for the free account and was waiting three weeks for his cashout.
Outcome of Situation/Reason for Feedback:
The payout delay was standard operating procedure for players who hit the free bets. These players werre moved to the 'bottom of the pile' for payouts. This player did receive his payout in the same time frame as other cases we mediated - nearly 4 weeks.
