Feedback Notes:
This customer initally complained to us regarding a bounced check from BetUS. He was getting conflicting answers from Customer Service regarding a replacement check and when this check would arrive. This confusion caused a delay of over a month prior to contacting OSGA.

Outcome of Situation/Reason for Feedback: 
Payouts was received and cleared.

Believe it or not, I got the check via Fed-EX last week on Wednesday (sorry I didn't notify you sooner). The check was deposited and it cleared.  So, needless to say, I am happy.  Again, thank you for your help and hopefully I'll never have to go thru that hassle again with an online book.  I am currently using betonline.com as I have read good things about them thru your site and a few others.  Keep up the great work and again, thank you!
